The Bees Knees (UK)
The Bee’s Knees dance the nineteen-twenties in to the noughties. Sequins a-glint and fringed hems vigorously swinging, these chic girls provide a great atmosphere. Their infectious Charleston steps make every foot feel tip-tappiddy-happy.
MARVEL: at moves to make your mother shimmy.
GASP: at the black bottom! (The dance made famous by Josephine Baker)
DELIGHT: in the speed, sparkle and spectacle of these thoroughly modern Flappers.
At every kick and turn the Bees Knees exude the quirky exoticism, style and humour of an era when knees were VERY exciting! |
