We taught Lord Sugar's Apprentices to dance, we can teach you!
As a prize for the winners on BBC 1's Apprentice Week 4, Lord Sugar treated the winning team to Swing dance lessons with Simon & Nikki of the London Swing Dance Society and a 1940s Vintage Party.

Team building workshops ...

Looking for a team activity that does not involve fast flying paint loaded bullets?
Not keen to repeat the run-of-the-mill?

A typical workshop will include:
* Warm up
* Learning a vocabulary of steps
* Either choreographing your own routine/s
with the help of your instructor or learning a pre-choreographed routine
* This can be performed for your friends and colleagues or as part of a competition setting

Most popular dance styles include 20s Charleston, Big Apple, Lindy Hop, Jive and Rock 'n' Roll.
