Including the Neck Snatch, Helicopter & Dip and Roll. ADVANCED BOOKINGS ONLY! Limited to 20 leaders/20 followers. Please note booking with a partner is essential as the class will be non-rotational. Please bring suitable shoes for jumping and a long sleeve top.
