Return Policy

Exchange and Returns Policy:
Any goods that have been ordered or manufactured to clients specification are non-returnable unless by prior agreement with LSDS.

Shoe exchanges will only be accepted for an incorrect size within the same style, on the condition that the shoes have not been worn unless by prior agreement with LSDS. (Lindy Hop shop)

All returns must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving them in the same condition prior to the goods being dispatched. Please clearly state why they are being returned.

We advise customers to return goods via recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any goods that may be mislaid during postage.

Refunds will only be given if LSDS (Lindy Hop shop) feel that the customer has adhered to the returns policy. However, there will be a restocking charge of 10% of the the cost of the shoes for any shoes that are returned when a full refund (which will exclude postage) of the cost of the shoes, is expected.
